Referring clients to WASSR
Referrals can be made by
- The person themselves
- Family, neighbours or friends
- Statutory services - health professionals, social worker, home care workers etc
- Residential care staff
- Voluntary organisations such as Age Concern or a pensioners group
This can by done by phone or letter
to the WASSR office. We do have a referral form and this can help to
identify the issues involved but is not necessary in the first instance.
Of course WASSR
will NEVER intervene without the full consent of the client.
